Youth Impact Celebration
Thank you for making the Erie Community
Healthier and Safer!
The Youth Impact Celebration was previously known as the Youth Work Awards. We collaborated with Tim Fesmire's Graphic Design students at the Charter School of Excellence, to come up with a new name and logo for our event.

Exciting Past Highlights!
FORMAT
The Youth Impact Celebration, formerly known as Youth Work Awards, recognizes and honors those individuals working directly with youth and families at Erie County non-profit organizations.
This year, we will hold a week-long, virtual event beginning on November 2, 2020.
FOCUS
The week will focus on the 12 Erie County evidence-based programs that address the priority risk and protective factors identified in UnifiedErie’s Community Action Plan.
All programs are listed on the Evidence-Based Program Directory:
VIDEOS
Through videos featuring each program, you will learn about what makes the program effective and how they are benefiting the youth and families in our community.
You’ll hear directly from the individuals who work in the programs as well as testimonials from past and present participants and their family members.
WEBINARS
UnifiedErie will also host a webinar series on a variety of topics that are relevant to the challenges human service providers are facing regarding mental health and our new environment.
You are encouraged to register and attend “live,” but video recordings will be made available as well.
Celebrating YOU!
Our name has changed but we are still celebrating the same amazing group of individuals! Working with children, young people and families is one of the most exciting and inspirational specializations in human services.
This dedicated and skilled group of people are building brighter futures for the lives of our young people, strengthening families, and improving the health and safety of our community.
Thank you for all you do!

Why We DO What We DO!
PREVENTION EFFORTS
As we address the priority risk and protective factors, we want to support and recognize those individuals working to impact the lives of youth in our community.
Why this Celebration is Important, Especially Now.

Your programs are critical in improving the well-being of youth and families.
We hope that this celebratory week provides you a sense of confidence and comfort that what you are doing matters…
tremendously.
